Terms used in specifications of Cardsmobile services and interfaces

Anonymous loyalty card
An active (i.e. not blocked) loyalty card (new or existing, including a card with non-zero loyalty points) that is not associated with any client in the partner’s CRM.
Banking product
A bank card (credit or debit) associated with one or several bank accounts. It is used to pay for goods and services (via the internet as well) and to withdraw cash.
Check-in
Registration of the customer’s location at a service point of partner’s trade and service network. The check-in is registered (activated) by the Cardsmobile platform when the user selects the address of the service point in the Koshelek app and is deactivated when the check is closed on the cash register at the service point.
Checkout
Payment invoice from a merchant containing data on every item in the receipt and additional information used to pay the invoice via the Koshelek Pay service.
Customer (of a loyalty program)
A person having a loyalty card registered in a partner's CRM.
Digital banking product
A digital (tokenized) equivalent of a banking product issued in the Koshelek app or another payment application (Apple Wallet, Google Pay).
Gift certificate (gift card)
The seller’s prepaid offer to buy a certain amount of goods in the seller’s chain of stores. Unlike a loyalty card, it is not tied to personal data and can be transferred to any person. Usually, it has a limited period of use.
Issuer (of a banking product)
Credit and financial organization that provides banking products for customers.
Koshelek app
A mobile application for Android or iOS where the users can collect, issue, and use digital equivalents of retailer loyalty cards, gift certificates (cards) and digital banking products.
Koshelek Pay
Service for paying for goods and services using loyalty and bank cards issued in the Koshelek app.
Loyalty card
A plastic or other loyalty card of a partner and corresponding digital equivalent issued in the Koshelek app. The card is identified in partner's CRM by a number. The number is formatted in a special way for each partner and can contain digits, letters, punctuation and other special characters.
Partner (loyalty program operator)
An organization that provides a loyalty program for its customers.
Retailer personal account
Customized website section of the Koshelek for Business. This section allows vendors to operate their loyalty programs and provide issuance of their loyalty cards in the Koshelek app.
POS key
Unique alphanumeric key of a POS (Point-of-Sale) terminal connected to the Koshelek Pay service. It is set up for a merchant by its beneficiary bank.
Promo (promotional offer)
Limited period offer within partner's loyalty program available to the program participants who have issued the loyalty card in the Koshelek app.
User
A user of the Koshelek mobile application that issues a partner loyalty card. Each user of the Koshelek app has an account where a verified phone number is used as an identifier (login) of the user. Only registered users can issue loyalty cards in the Koshelek app.
