The figures below present the main stages of customer's check-in scenario. In these scenarios, a customer obtains a check-in at a service point (shop, restaurant, etc.) of the partner using Cardsmobile Check-In API.

  1. A customer registers their loyalty card at the selected service point of a partner (the point is selected from the list), where the user plans to use the card. In response, the customer receives a secret code allowing them to use the card at the selected service point.

  2. When the customer is served at the service point, they present the loyalty card and the secret code. The card will be processed by the partner's staff only if the same code is received by the partner's software.
